The Neighbourhood Strays currently offer classes at the School of Dance located at 163 Water Street. The School of Dance is on a bus route, and there's parking behind the building on weekends and after 6:00 pm on weekdays.
Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced classes are run in sessions of 10 weeks, with the cost per session being $100, tax included. Workshop-style multilevel classes are run periodically, and participants pay on a per-class basis. These are generally open to students at all levels of experience. We also periodically run shorter-session specialty classes, as demand and space allows.
To register, for classes, you will need to create an account with our registration system. Then log in by going to the members' area, linked from our menu on the left. You can browse the class listings by clicking on class schedule.Classes often fill quickly, so please register early. In the highly unlikely situation that the class size is too small, the dance studio reserves the right to cancel classes. Most class sizes are around 12-15 students, but no more than 18. Typically classes are all-female, but we do welcome males as well.
